CHRISTMAS SALE

I’m excited to be participating in this year’s Christmas Sale at my friend Heather Mettler’s house. She is a talented glass artist who opens up her place annually with a few other invited artists. If you’ve never been to Kaloko, it feels like another world, away from the crowded and touristy Kona scene. It’s an area above Kailua-Kona, on a 7 mile drive that winds up the mountain to 5000ft elevation, ending in a cloud forest at the very top. Filled with lush rainforest flora and native Ohia trees, it’s a serene and quiet place where land reigns supreme. Heather’s property is beautiful, and I’m looking forward to just soaking in the atmosphere amongst good company. If you’re in Kona, please stop by! And if you live anywhere else, come out and visit this special place…and then go the beach afterwards!
