3RD ANNUAL BIG ISLAND CLAY EXHIBITION

OPENING RECEPTION THIS FRIDAY, DEC 6TH, 6PM - 8PM

Celebrate First Friday in downtown Hilo this week and come see the show! I will have a few pieces on exhibit. Ceramicist Shelby Smith has been curating EHCC's annual ceramics exhibits, and he always does a wonderful job. This year he will have his own solo exhibition within the Makai gallery. EHCC: "The Central Gallery at EHCC will feature ceramic sculpture by a diverse array of Big Island ceramicists illustrating the malleability of the material in formation. The works range in size from miniature to life-size, from altered vessels, to figurative expressions, to abstractions." Many businesses will be open late on Friday so this will be a great time to support local shops for your holiday shopping. Exhibition runs Dec 6 thru Jan 24, 2020. EHCC hours: Wed-Sat, 10am-4pm.
